A highly recommended trip to the high Atlas village of Imlil, gateway to the magnificent Jbel Toubkal the tallest mountain in North Africa. The scenery is stunning. The excursion starts at 09.30 from Marrakech towards the village of Imlil. The village is the starting point for trekking’s to Toubkal summit. On Saturdays you have the chance to visit the weekly Asni Berber market. We will meet our mountain guide and hike up to the Kasbah, exploring the surrounding trails. Imlil is a pleasant destination to cool off from Marrakesh’s heat and dusty, bustling streets. Trekking is a particularly enjoyable way to spend a day here. Lunch will be enjoyed either in a local house or restaurant. In the late afternoon, you head back towards Marrakech
